Sex & Intimacy

Sex and intimacy can be a source of connection and joy, but they can also bring anxiety, confusion, or distance. For many queer people, these experiences are shaped by identity, internalised shame, or the absence of healthy models of queer love.

Whether you’re facing sexual challenges, navigating desire, or wanting to feel closer but held back by fear or shame, you’re not alone. This is a safe and affirming space to explore your sexuality and relationships without pressure or judgment.

My Approach

Cultivating Authentic Connection and Pleasure

Issues around sex and intimacy are rarely just about the act itself – they’re tied to how we relate to our bodies, histories, and partners. Together we’ll explore what sits underneath – past experiences, shame, communication, and societal pressures – to help you reconnect with your desire and move toward a more open, authentic intimacy that feels true to you.

Our Sesssions

What we can explore together:

Reconnecting with Your Body

Gently exploring your relationship with your body and its sensations, working through dissociation or discomfort to reclaim a sense of ownership and pleasure.

Navigating Desire and Arousal

Understanding the roots of low desire, mismatched libido, or challenges with sexual performance (like erectile dysfunction or anorgasmia).

Healing from Sexual Shame

Addressing and releasing shame, stigma, or negative messages about your sexuality, desires, or identity.

Improving Intimate Communication

Building the skills to talk openly with partners about needs, boundaries, and desires in a way that fosters connection.

Exploring Identity and Pleasure

Safely discovering your authentic sexual identity and what brings you pleasure, free from expectation or performance pressure.

A Path to Deeper Connection

The goal of this work is to help you experience sex and intimacy not as a performance or an obligation, but as a natural, joyful, and connecting expression of who you are. It’s about creating safety, both within yourself and with your partner, so you can be fully present and open to pleasure and connection.
