About

My journey and approach to supporting yours

My therapy journey began in the early 2000s, when I felt lost and overwhelmed by life’s challenges. Therapy gave me the courage to face what I’d been burying for years. Experiencing that shift sparked a deep desire to help others find their own way through.
I went on to train in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy - an integrative approach that sees a person as more than just their problems or symptoms - it looks at the whole human being: body, feelings, mind, and a deeper sense of self and purpose. In practice, psychosynthesis explores both the parts of us that feel stuck, wounded, or conflicted, and the parts that hold creativity, will, and meaning.

My Practice & Passion

I’m an experienced and passionate therapist who works with people facing a wide range of challenges – identity, depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse, burnout, and relationship difficulties.

I also specialise in supporting the LGBTQ+ community and the unique challenges we face in navigating the world around us. As a former Chemsex Specialist Advisor with the charity Controlling Chemsex, I’ve supported many people in exploring their relationship with chems and sexualised drug use. It’s work that matters deeply to me – creating a space that’s free from judgment, where honesty and healing can take root.

I’m an accredited Clinical Psychotherapist with the UKCP. I keep my practice grounded and accountable through regular supervision, full liability insurance, and ongoing professional development – so my work stays ethical, informed, and alive.
